Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Do the truffles and the other sweet treats need to be refrigerated? Yes, please refrigerate the treats.
How long do your truffles stay fresh? Most of the truffles can stay fresh for up to 3 weeks with the exception of the Red Velvet & Brownie. These 2 will only last a week. FYI...if you plan to nibble on them for a few weeks, take the truffles out of the box and put them in an airtight container.
Do you ship? Yes, we ship! Don't forget to refrigerate the treats once they arrive. We will do our best to ensure your treats arrive how they left our kitchen in the warmer months.
How long will it take to receive my order, once it is placed online? Please allow a 5-7 day turnaround.
If I have a custom order (logos, specific color schemes, etc.), should I order online? No. Please complete the form under the Custom Orders tab and someone will reach out to you.
How far in advance do I need to order for parties? 2 weeks would be awesome!
Do you offer FREE pickup? Absolutely. Pickups are available at the Kroger gas pumps on the corner of Macon and Houston Levee at an agreed upon time.
What about nut allergies? Most of our products do not have nuts. However, we work in a commercial kitchen that is not completely nut free and sweets may contain traces of nuts.
